I am not a fan of eating the same thing every night for dinner. In fact, I always have something different from the night before.
But for some reason I can eat the same damn protein shake every morning and not get tired of it. I have no idea why.
Anyway, this is what I literally make every morning. It’s a combination of Strong Faster Healthier protein powder, spinach, flax seed, blueberries, banana, almond butter, water, cinnamon and love. Comment below with any questions about portion sizes.
