I bought siracha a few months ago and then read all the shit that goes in it. This made me question what the hell I was thinking. Then I found this gem on Nom Nom Paleo – http://nomnompaleo.com/post/36060636540/paleo-sriracha
Needless to say I tried it out and loved it. Granted I changed up the apple cider vinegar with white balsamic and didn’t cook it after because I like the consistency better.
I use this on eggs, sausage and peppers, and sometimes pork chops.
